Champion
Employer Services was founded on the premise that co-employment
would give small businesses important services that would
positively impact their productivity and competitiveness in
their market place. Coming from the small business community,
the founders of Champion understand the challenges that small
businesses face. With this in mind, Champion assembled a group
of professionals from a broad range of disciplines: insurance,
human resources, accounting, labor law, risk management, administration
and information technology. Having all these services available
to them, a small business could now compete with the big businesses
that have full departments to handle important employee administrative
details. The founders
of Champion Employer Service also wanted to distinguish
their company from others in the industry by always maintaining
a hands-on approach to client services. A website can be
a very useful tool, but when a client/business owner needs
to talk to someone now, we are there.
At the corner
stone of the Champion customer service model are two mottos
that all corporate service employees live by: “We
take your business personal,” and “What is important
to you is important to us”. At Champion we regard
your business and your employees as if they are our own.
Our goal is to always exceed our client’s highest
